CLOVERDALE, Sonoma County — The Cloverdale Performing Arts Center will present six performances of The Business of Murder over two weekends in November, bringing a psychological suspense production to its downtown stage.
The theater’s official schedule lists performances on November 13, 14, 15, 20, 21 and 22, 2026. Friday and Saturday shows begin at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. The venue is located at 209 North Cloverdale Boulevard.
What audiences can expect
The play centers on a playwright, a detective and a mysterious man whose relationships and competing accounts create a tense mystery. The production is directed by Christopher Johnston, according to the center’s program page. Its cast includes Charles Bertram as Mr. Stone.
The nonprofit theater has published production details, cast information and a ticket link on its website. Ticket availability, seating and any accessibility arrangements should be confirmed with the venue before arrival. The box office directs visitors to its online ticket platform, and the center lists 707-894-2214 as its voicemail contact.
For a city the size of Cloverdale, locally produced stage programming also offers an opportunity for community members to support regional performers and volunteers without traveling to a larger city. The dates are upcoming as of November 1, not a report of completed performances.
